After 11 seasons and 8 years — Staying Connected is wrapping up.

I’m so proud of what this podcast became. I hear from people who found it helpful when they needed it the most, when they were newly diagnosed and trying to navigate a life with VEDS. That means more to me than I can say.

Every episode will stay up and available — it’s not going anywhere. There will be some work happening in the background to move it to a free hosting platform, but you shouldn’t notice many changes, if any at all.

Thank you for listening, for sharing your stories, and for being part of this community.

While this is a bittersweet ending (I really thought I’d continue producing this podcast until VEDS took me), it offers me a time for reflection and energy to continue advocating for VEDS, Marfan, and Loeys-Dietz in new ways.
